A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 17, 2010 at Stratford Arms Apartments, 1900 Charles Boulevard, Apt. 39A, Greenville, NC.
He is survived by his wife, Susan “Monkey” Polen; one daughter, Brittany Polen; one son, Troy Polen; and a granddaughter, Ava.
