Mr. Keith Joseph Zambito
Mr. Keith Joseph Zambito, age 50, a resident of 515 West Second Street, Washington, died Friday, January 29, 2010 at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, February 3, 2010 in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service with Rev. Rick Moser officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Hillside Funeral Service, 4500 Highway 264 East, Washington, NC.
Mr. Zambito was born in Wake County on June 11, 1959 to Joseph and Christine Waddell Zambito. He graduated from Jacksonville High School and earned a degree in Economics from East Carolina University. Keith had lived in Beaufort County for the past 20 years working in the fields of insurance and investments, as well as landscaping. He loved his golden retriever “Alex”, collecting time pieces, ocean and saltwater life and sports; especially football.
He is survived by his father, Joseph Zambito of Jacksonville, NC; his daughter, Beth Willis of Roanoke Rapids, NC and his grandson, Jacob West.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Christine Waddell Zambito in May 2006.
